at least for my Trooper there is a plastic plug that isn't plugged into anything that is where your right shin is when you're sitting in the driver's seat. What I did was I got a paper clip and, with the key 'off', I inserted it into the two most outside receptors on this plug. Then turned the key to the 'acc' mode(without cranking/starting the engine) and then the CE light will blink so many times. For example if it blinks 'blink'...'blink'...'blink'...'pause'...'blink'...'blink' that means code 32. HTH.
