It sounds like your radiator setup is very different from the 1st gen. After talking to you this weekend, I got the bug, and started on my own radiator drop in preparation for my 3" body lift. The 1st gen's have a metal radiator, which sits on two mounts on the bottom, and is retained with one bracket at the top. I had spare lowers, so I cut them, and I'm in the process of welding in 3" extensions.
