If your brushguard is made up of a few pieces bolted together (like the headlight gaurds bolted to the main frame of the guard) then take them off and ship them seperately from the other pieces. Should save on some of the bulk.

Also, instead of shipping with UPS USPS, or FedEx, look at some of the Freight companies around you that can ship crates and pallets. I know Yellow Shipping company is one that has a terminal right down the road here, and you may have some different ones near you. Alternately, check with your local greyhound station. Often, they will have extra room in their passenger luggage holds that they will sell to people wanting to ship large items.

Oh, and i find it hard to believe that there arent any local 4x4 shops in the Philly area. Check your local yellow pages or somethin....if there is a nice 4x shop in my little town (www.classiccityoffroad.com) there is certainly at least one in your area.
