Normal? #729612 06/08/06 12:34 AM Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 38 Utah H hartzpad OP Getting the Wheeling Fever '96 T100 4x4 Xtracab 5 speed 127k miles Whenever the A/C is on my engine's fax clutch engages and the fan really makes a lot of noise and really limits the power of the engine because of all the drag. It stays engaged through all gears and all RPM ranges (even past 4k RPM's). I assume that this is not normal and I either need to replace the fan clutch or replace the fan with 2 electric fans with thermostats? Any advice or information?
