Getting the Wheeling Fever

Does anyone happen to have a picture or diagram where exactly this seal is located? I didnt see it in the FSM that's linked at the top of the forum. When I ordered the part from the dealer it looked like there was some cover over it but it would be nice to hear first hand from someone that's done it.
Also, outta curiosity, I called a couple places to see how much they would want to replace it for me and they are all asking around $500 to do it (with the $7 seal and gear lube they added) LOL! Is this really that tough of a job or they just dont want to mess with it? Seems fairly straight forward to pull the trans and tcase.
Thanks!
**Edit** I have a 2" BL on the truck so the top bellhousing bolts dont look too hard to get at.
