herculiner is made to spray it says it right on the can it is not only for roll on applications.

It can be sprayed with and textured spray gun. You will however need to find the reducer that they call for to use with it. I cant remember the name off the top of my head of it though. it says it in the instructions and on there website as well. SPraying will most likey take far less time but you will lose more in overspray. slan on it killing any grass it gets on. They sell a cheap tetured gun at harbor frieght. I would go with that and them just throw it away when you are done instead of trying to maintain it.

The texture gun at Harbor Freight was $20 last weekend (Not sure if it was on sale though)

The thinner you need is called Xylel. You can get it at any hardware store.

I have sprayed my 1990 Trooper complete inside and top and bottom with the SEM tintable spray in bedliner. I,ve done just about eveything in this product inc. the frame and front & rear axle assy. I've used a liitle over 3 gallons.
It's easy to spray and can be tinted just about any color you want.
You should be able to pick it up from a local automotive paint jobber. It sprays from cheap body shutz gun.

What is the durability like with the SEM?

The SEM product is extremely durable, while it is not sprayed on as thick as a commercially sprayed bedliner it can be coated and recoated to a highly durable surface.

When spayed on with several medium coats you get a nice looking texture in just about any color.
A solid white is the only color I can think of that could not be done becuase the SEM product is appaque tan.
All the Herculiner I've seen rolled on looks like .

I've used the SEM product in trailers and in pick up beds with no complaints when you compare the cost against a commercially sprayed in liner.

Even when completly dry the SEM retains a rubber like outer shell. Scratches, scapes and minor impacts will be non issues.
