Stop in Memphis and go to the Rendevous barbeque joint. It's down in an alley behind the Peabody Hotel. Best ribs I've ever had. Then hit up Beale St. at night. B.B. King's bar is down there. You can do all of this and camp at Shelby-Meeman State Park down by the Mississippi River. I'm a die hard Texan, but I love Memphis.
