HEY ANDRE I THINK YOUR PROB, NOW IS JUST THE RATIO OF THE THROTTLE ARM COMPARED TO THE OPENING RATION ON THE T/V/ , TRY ADJUSTING THE CABLE LIKE THIS WITH THE CABLE DISSCONNECTED FROM THE THROTTLE ARM PULL OUT ON THE CENTER CABLE , FROM CABLE REST UNTILL YOU CAN FEEL THE SPRING IN THE T/V/ VLV MAKE CONTACT THERE SHOULD BE A LITTLE BIT OF CABLE MOVEMENT BEFORE THE VLV STARTS TO MOVE ,FROM THIS POINT ADJUST THE CABLE TO FOLLOW THE THROTTLE ARM , AND THE REASON IT DIDN,T ***** INTO THIRD YOU PROB, JUST WASN,T GOING FAST ENOUGH YET , WHEN IT IS ADJUSTED CORRECTLY IT SHOULD COME OUT OF FIRST ABOUT 15 MPH AND OUT OF SECOND ABOUT 25 MPH WITH A LITE THROTTLE , IT MAY TAKE A BIT OF PLAYING WITH TO GET IT LIKE YOU WANT IT AS FAR AS THE SHIFT POINTS GO. IPLAYED WITH THE 700R4 IN THE 89 TROOPER ABOUT 3 DAYS BEFORE I GOT LIKE I WANTED . JERRY
