Spent a couple hours yesterday pulling and re-installing the T-case. I was getting a lot of leakage from the T-case adapter (ATF). I never thought I had to seal this area up with RTV, but I guess so. I got everything put back together except the cross member, which I'm modifying to mount the new skid plates. I'm waiting on a replacement rear T-case output seal since the parts shop has ordered me the wrong part twice <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

I got the Temperature sensor working. I think it may have been a power problem all along. After eliminating the ground issue I moved on to the power, switched that around, and got things reading.

I'm going to draw out my skid plates on the 1/4" plate I picked up. I've modeled the skids in cardboard, and I'm going to have the guy with the plasma cut them out for me this week <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />. I'm running one from the stock front cross member (between the LCAs) to the stock tranny cross member, which will bolt in place. I'm debating welding the T-case skid onto the trans cross member. I would drill a hole for draining, but I would need to remove the cross member to drop the bottom plate of the case. It would be a heck of a lot easier.

As soon as I get the rear seal, I can get the TV cable asjustment finalized, and be ready for some wheeling <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

One thing I can't figure out is the light on my stock trans shifter has gone out <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />. It's only anoying at night, but I wonder if the transmission connectors had anything to do with it, or if something got disconnected at the shifter.

Any thoughts?
