Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 97 Wrangler, and notice when it rains the passenger floor carpet getting wet, and this past storm, I have water standing on the passenger floor.

Does the coweling air vent have a drain somewhere that may have gotten clogged? (and where is the drain?)
Or is there something else leaking?

Appreciate the suggestons
