For the brake lines I used a 300zx turbo rear outer brake line which is male/female. You can use this to extend your stock brakeline by about 9 inches.

I am pretty impressed by the simple solution of reversing the calipers to make the e-brake cables work. Would be interested to see pics once you get the ebrake cables all hooked up and the routing down the leaf springs to the calipers.
