i like the bench so my girlfriend can sit next to me and so <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" /> we can fit more people in the truck when we are headed for the hunting camp

Im 6'2" and own the 89 yota std cab pickup, and all I did was Kenwood 5" eXceleons in the doors/4" Audio Bahns in the dash and 2 8" Rockford Fosgate Stage1 Punch woofers built in slanted boxes that bolt through the back of the cab. Ran all the wires under the interior plastic and through the rubber blockout on the firewall to hide all the wires. Used a rockford amp and hard mounted it to the back of the cab as well with self tapping screws. I couldnt be happier with Bass/Mid and Highs. Whole system cost less then $300 (Thats Front Speakers/Door Speakers/Amp/Woofers/Box/Wiring Harness) AND from Crutchfield!

10" bazooka bad idea, wont fit behind the seat comfortably, had an 79, 87, and 89 std cabs each with decent stereos...ended up going with some high end 6x9s in a box behind the seats...the boxes that are narrower at the top like so...

then some seperates in the doors...not any loud base but sweet midrange and highs...

well walmart only has a few boxes for sale without subs in them so grab your tape mesure and go look... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
