Getting the Wheeling Fever
The OEM thrust washers are there between the side gears and the case. I haven't pulled it back apart yet due to family obligations for the next couple of days, but after assembling it twice, I can safely say that it is exactly as the exploded illustration indicates. I originally thought that the left over flat washers went in the cup/spacer between the axle and the cross pin, but the axle comes through to the edge of the spacer and is completley flush with the edge of the spacer, seeing it clearly and checking with my finger inplace of the pin.

4Wheel Parts agreed to take back the Quick Lock and sell me a Lock Right.
My nephew and a good friend are both running Lock Rights with no problems.

Glad to see good customer service.

I know as of now you're only talking the rear diff, just a word of advice if you later intend on putting a locker in the front son't go with a non selectable. I have a lockright in the front of my passport, it holds up well, but it is down right dangerous to engage four wheel drive when conditions warrant it on the roads here in SLC.

Thanks for the advice. I'm only an hour from the snowline here and don't want to lose that control on the windy roads.

I installed an EZ locker in my front Dana 44. I could never get it to lock up. Sent it back to Trutrac and they sent me another one. It too would not lock just sit there and rachet like crazy. I sent it back and they did honor their warranty with a refund. I eventualy just put in a Detriot Locker. happy with that.
