Getting the Wheeling Fever
I saw a new spark plug in auto zone on saturday.we all seen the single prong tip and the double. this one made by bosch platnum has 4 prongs.does anyone know if this kind of plug really is better than the double prong ? will it help burn the fuel better? will it help fuel mileage ?

You can use OEM resistor plugs, single electrode plats, +2 plats, or +4 plats. The DOHC engine isn't too picky on plug type as long as it's the correct heat range.

Whether these +2 or +4 plats buy you any additional power is very debatable. IMHO they don't.

they don't add power, they insure that there will be a consistent spark.

Since the Sporty uses wasted spark, make sure that the plugs have platinim on BOTH the center and the ground electrodes, not just the center electrode.
