First time poster, long time reader....

I bought an off hand SmittyBilt bumper recently but it did not come with the hardware to mount it, no pun intended. I have seen Westin Bumper Mounting kits, can they be substituted? I have not seen Smittybilt hardware sold seperately anywhere.
