Dose anyone know if you can rhino line over powder coating?

I will never buy anything ever again wih powder coat on it.

They would have to prep it with 60 grit. What are you Rhino Lining? If it's anything that will be used for rockcrawling my advice would be don't. I rhino lined my rockrails and it peeled right off. Doesn't hold up for crap.
