Check the fuel line pressure at the fuel rail. A common and not to well discussed problem with just changing the sender is accidentally cutting the internal fuel line when reinstalling the pump.

Also check the fuel back pressure regulator by pulling the vacuum hose before starting when the engine is cool. If fuel shoots out the regulator, you have a problem.
