The dot on the cam sprocket should be just to the left of the top (11:30 position). If you have to the right, then you need to pull the cam sprocket off and rotate it a tooth or two. You don't need the shiny link to set this up. Just make sure the crank is at TDC and the cam dowel is at TDC then install the cam sprocket at make sure the dimple on the sprocket is just before TDC. Jeff will be changin that... its 1130 if you are lookin at the cam right? so the dimple is on the passenger side of the truck? thanks! kevin
