Will a Isuzu turbo diesel be able to spin 33's off road with stock gearing?

It has square headlights so post 88,basic 2dr....

Can the fuel pump be rebuilt? hadda hadda?

Will said engine bolt up to a 5spd that was behind a 91 2,8 w/5spd?

How much of the factory harness will be needed?

And lastone right now,Where can the turbo be rebuilt at?
