I broke one on the 2nd of July while going over Jaws 2 on Blanca road (see Traildamage.com for trail description, though I didn't wheel with them). It's actually on video. You can see the passenger front wheel get pushed in, then you hear a "SNAP" and the arm breaks off the shaft. Broke in the exact same place as shown in the photos in this thread. It was a second one that I've had on and it was a Toyota arm. Fortunately, I'd just received a spare a couple of days before. Have a Downey Idler Gusset on the way now. Considering a TC idler.
