I have gone through a few arms including one with a Downey idler gusset and bent all of them. The size and weight of the tires and lift are the major factors for me. I now run a Total Chaos idler arm and have had no problems. As Rodger said earlier, if it bends that often, the part that is being used is clearly not up to the task. I feel the same and would rather replace it with something better than what I have. Cost more, yes but I have a better peace of mind knowing that it wonÆt bend. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
