Regarding the electric windows.... If you haven't noticed any other battery-related problems on your Jeep, the cause of the slow window operation is probably either dirty window tracks/linkage, or lack of lubrication. I'd suggest taking the inside cover off of the door and cleaning and lubing it and see if that changes anything.

Regarding the AC.... the pully itself is unlikely to be making the noise you're hearing with the screwdriver. it's likely a bearing on the shaft. Changing the pully won't fix that -- the compressor llikely has to be rebuilt (or exchanged for a rebuilt one). Unfortunately, AC compressors aren't cheap...
