hey all
First of all happy 4th!!
I was wondering if anyone had any insight as to the benefits(?) of using the ECT PWR button. I have a 94 22RE with a newly rebuilt engine. Rebuild completed last November. The only upgrade I want to add is a newer exhaust. It was bored .20 over and has an EB 268 cam otherwise its basically stock.
I had read another post where the person had some combination of the ECT PWR and the Overdrive. Are there any power/gas mileage benefits to a combination of the two? The only thing the owners manual says about the ECT PWR button is that it give more powerful accelleration. Just wondering if anyone knew any more detailed info concerning this feature.
thanks JIM
