After installing a lift on a YJ, the rear lower shock mount puts the shock right up against the axle housing. Has anyone ever concidered using front spring plates and re-locating the shock to the stud that would have been used for the front swaybar link? This would put the bottom of the shock about an inch forward,away from the axle and a little higher to create more clearance. [Linked Image]
