I used FIPG on mine and no leaks in 6+ years. Cleaning both surfaces well is key. I also used a small hammer to flatten out the areas around the bolt holes in the pan. With the FIPG (black for the oil pan), follow the insturctions closely. You need to let it set for a certain time before installing the pan. And don't over tighten the bolts.
