Yeah Jim, I was kinda wondering if the pump ground could've been the cause. I looked at it when I was replacing the pump and it looked kinda sketchy. I ran an ohms test on it and it came out good though, so I put it back in. I've got it running now, and don't want to pull the tank back out if I don't have to.
