Well, I think this is my last adjustment, doesn't look like much, but I tried.

The pitman arm will clear, and it's as far forward as I can get it without cutting into the body mount. It is touching in the pic.

These are the best clearances I can seem to get. 1" from the jam nut to the spring if it were compressed flat, and 3" from the center of the the new tie rod to the tip of the pitman.

Better to measure 20 times and drill once? [Linked Image]

Hopefully someone can sign off on this for me <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />, because I don't know how I can get it any farther forward, or any higher without modifying the body mount.
