15 Minutes to start, well at least you found what was killing the battery...the starter <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
If it's been sitting 5 years the gas is bad. I would empty the tank by the drain plug. Replace the fuel filter, Fuel Pump and Carb. The fuel pump is diaphragm type and most likely dried out and cracked, ditto on the carb especially the depression chamber. I would just get a re-maned carb from FC products if you want to go OEM. Otherwise if your in a real mess and don't have emmissions you can get a Weber.
Once you get it started and warmed up you will want to change the oil ASAP. Then again, you will want to change every fluid in the entire truck. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
