Been awhile...

Just curious to see if anyone has been featured in any magazine articles?

Don't read them as aften as I did, but it would be great to see and read of any Isuzus who finally got some good ink.

Cheers

Travis

P.S. The Amigo is still running like a champ.

After posting - I was gonna correct it, but I laughed so hard when I saw it, I decided to just go ahead and leave it <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Steve Gardiner's blue amigo has been caught on film a few times, but probably the most page-viewed Isuzu is George Reiswig's blackamigo with purple stripes... and more than a few 'Zus got ink off the coverage from the first Moab 'Zu Zoo event (including George and Steve again).

Ya just gotta flip back to the good old days. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

Sorry - that reads back as attitudinal. Not my intent.

There's a long history of a tidbit here and a tidbit there, with a few articles sprinkled in. We're getting tidbits more regularly, but less articles.

I'm happy to see whatever! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Used to get a lot of coverage back in the mid-late 80's, and it started to fizzle out as the years went on. Mainly new vehicle reports and the like, not necessarily an individual.

I still have several of the old magazines with 4x4of the year....they're wrapped in plastic and stored somewhere round this place....

Oh yeah, and cant forget one of the most magazine featured rigs of all: Corbin's exo-caged white amigo from Ultimate Adventure.
