Just a thought but it may be a good idea to try and shovel around and under the truck to break up the mud a bit, kind of make it into a more liquid soup, could help break suction and make a passage for backing it out when winching / pulling.
Long sturdy timber would be good to try and level it also while pulling, keep it from flopping.
Weekend is coming up, I would bring a couple of changes of clothes, you'll get it out, one step at a time with patience.
