When it breaks at the bellows, there's not much you can do with it.

You can probably make one with some copper tubing and fittings, but you'd have to tap the exhaust manifold and upper intake manifold for fittings.

You might ask the dealer techs their opinion of blocking off the EGR passages and eliminating the system entirely if you're in an area where you don't have to comply with OE specs for emissions testing..... I'm not recommending that... just a suggestion for a possibility.

Junkyards should have something.
