I have always thought about the possibility of installing a small household or rv ac unit in the rear sliding window during the summer months. It would be a lot less hassle and cheaper than installing a complete auto ac system. You may need a power inverter but a heavy duty alt would probably do fine with it.

I actually think it would be kinda slick.

Anyone ever seen this, what do you think?
