Mine too, and I figure the same cause. I flick the key to start very quickly several times before I let it revolve the motor. Then I flick it from off to on several times. This seems to prime up enough fuel pressure that a no right foot start will get it stumbling, and some judicious throttle feathering will get it up to some good rpms, and it seems all right after that, except for a surging idle, and my isc is beyond shot...
