Im talking for most 110 volt buzz boxes. Not decient tig, mig or stick machines. Its a problem iv run into alot with my 110v welder is i get a TON of resistance and my ground heats up hotter then F*** when its placed to close.

As for where i got my information im a welding fabrication engineer, these are the answers i got when i tryed to diagnose my problem with my machine with my teachers and some miller guys.
