I did do a quick search but I couldn't find anything on the rotor replacement for a 3rd Gen.

I'm thinking it is time, and if it is not too difficult I would like to attempt it myself.

Does anyone know of a write up somewhere on how this is done?

I had a 92 before, and I was told I would have to remove the front hub to do the job. Same with the 3rd gen?

Thanks for the help. This site is really a great source of info.

Body Damage is Cool
It's easier on a 3rd gen. Remove the wheel and pads. Remove the two large bolts holding the caliper on. Use a bungee to hold the caliper up and then just remove the rotor. The correct way to install new rotors is to check the runout with a dial gauge, if you don't have one it should be ok.

Go to the Toyota section above, and look for the front end maintenance article there.

Also, there are a couple FSM's sticky'd in the Taco section that'll help you with the later model rigs. Your hubs will be different between this and your old 92, so that's key.
