You realize you're talking about the man who converted a Toyota to spring-UNDER and mounted a coil on top of the differential, right? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

ZUK seems like a really good guy with some... er... eccentric ideas, but you'll never be able to convince me that 5.71s can take the same pounding that a set of 4.88s can. I've just seem too many 5.71s die, and I've killed two sets of 5.29s miyself. I know what the pattern looked like on my gears, and 2 of the 5.71s I know of that destroyed themselves.

Then again, for the kind of wheeling most of the guys on 4x4wire do, 5.71s will work just fine. If you've never broke a CV before you ditched IFS, and have never popped an axleshaft, they'll do just fine for you.
