Getting the Wheeling Fever

I just about to break down and purchase a Howell TBI conversion kit for my 89 Wrangler.

Can anyone tell me where I can find one for a decent price or does everyone sell it around the same price? So far, it's been averaging around $1,100 - $1,200 for the kit.

Any pros or cons to using this over the MPFI that sells for $2,600?
