Has anyone out there cured this? My turn signals are slow and will stop, too. They'll blink again if I put it in neutral or turn off the a/c. I thought the cruise thing might be voltage (alt) related but messing with electrical loads on the highway wouldn't cut off the cruise only the turn signals would.


I don't have cruise control, but I did experience the slow/hung turn signal syndrome. A new flasher cured it.... in my case it was not at all alternator related. I haven't looked at the schematic for the C/C to see if there's a common circuit with the flasher, but it's possible they at least share a ground.

Eddy - have you installed the lockup tranny yet? It should give you about 200 more rpms at cruise over the non-lockup KM148 and get you into the cam curve - should help a little with the 4-3 downshift on hills.
