I would look for a short or problem in the rear tail lights as one of the stop light bulbs is used for the turn signal and the stop light will disengage the cruise control. I had the same thing happen on an Audi and it was a short in the tail light wiring.


Funny how the little things get you. The old addage about checking the cheap things first is usually true. I added this little piece of advice to my car info binder. Probably save me some agravation down the road.
