On my '99 Sporty I've found a few times upon hard braking [ just didn't see the other car until the last second ], one of the front tyres lock up completely depending on weight distribution, but the rears don't even want to have a go.I thought with ABS that you should either feel some pulsing as they try to prevent skidding or at least they should have a go at slowing you down. It basically feels like the front brakes are doing all the work so I just wondered if anyone else has similar problem. It's just that if the front locks up and the other wheels aren't helping you slow down then you have no slowing or steering, making for some tense moments.
