Wow, this is a great thread. I hope the soldering job does the trick. Like I mentioned before, my truck had/has the exact same symptoms. I, however, already replaced the TPS and MAF <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />. It still wouldnt start after all that. It would really be great to have a relaible truck after all this time and money.
