There's a pretty good chance that picture was taken in Kalifornia, and that being the case, I would be suprised if the driver in the blue car would have noticed if the red car were parked in his/her own garage. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> And that's before taking into account cell phone distraction.
