If the motor is locked up or theres some force on it, it will draw more current than when it is unrestricted tripping the breaker. Maybe the window tracks were dirty or something? Just check if there's anything in the way that would prevent the windows from going up and down freely. Maybe it was something temporary, parked in the sun and the rubber got hot and expanded or something?
