Ever have a car with manual windows and the linkage gets screwed up so you have to strong arm the thing back up? I had an old car once where you had to pull up on the glass while cranking. Maybe if the problem persists open up the inside door panel and look at the linkage, maybe clean it and regrease it or check for broken parts. If it doesn't repeat I bet it was just a freak thing though. There's a reason isuzu (and other companies) put a resetable breaker there versus a fuse.
