You would be better off with a second compressor rather than only one large one, as if the big one breaks you end up with nothing. Ditto for a second battery and controller.

Other thing to consider is all the extra weight that you are carrying around. This would possibly contribute towards breakages in its own right. There is a saying in Aviation Engineering which I like, "Add lightness and simplicate". Taking guidance from that, only take what you can realistically justify (safety and purpose), rather than what you might need "sometime", or what looks "cool". Take two compressors (redundancy on important items) but do you really need a tank at an extra 20-30 lb just to run air tools (20 lb), when a decent set of spanners will do (10 lb)?

I've done a bit of traveling in the outback of Australia and this would be one of the most important things to realize: pack light and travel light. It all adds up to less wear and tear on the mechanicals of your vehicle and on your tires...and they are two things that when totally stuffed WILL leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere (regardless of how many "whiz-bang" gadgets you have in the vehicle).
