Here we are!!

Following the comments of Gary was done a lot of brainstorming in order to be improved the actuator.
At the following photos you can see the pneumatic actuator whis is now placed inside the housing of the diff.






The prototype at the photos is not from KIA. It runs perfect so the next one will be for KIA (my KIA)with the same principle.
With this principle of actuating the locking of the diff there are a lot of advantages.

1)There are not any parts outside the housing.
2)The alignment of the actuator is fixed from the bolts

but the most important is:

It is not necessary the third member to be delivered together with the locker. So the overseas shipment is now much easier and the shipment cost much lower!!!
