It is already available 3:1 t-case gearing for the 'low' ratio.
I have already install it in my car and tested it with perfect results <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
So the 5.29 with 32's is a good combination of off-road ability with 'low' fuel consumption

where did you get the 3:1 transfer case gearing? and if it was customized, how did you do it!!!! now is the time, as I am looking at replacing my transfer case or rebuilding it possibly!!!! any help would be great.
