Motero:

The Montero is the "one and the same". Page two on my Cardomain page tells all the story of the rebuild.

I might not be as fast as I once was, but I am persistant.

It is a beautiful install. The motor looks like new, and it truly is inside! I can't wait to slip behind the wheel and drive her.

I have spent waaay tooo much money, but it is new everywhere.

I have 5 wires to replace and then fire it up, but I am so busy moving my shop to Toelle that I can't get back to finish the Montero.

My fiance says I am having an affair with a "red head". And she's almost correct! I am spending a lot of time with her. But the head and valve cover are sand blasted bare. I like it that way, the black paint was about 1/3rd missing.

I am now considering fuel injecting the motor to get rid of the nightmare carb.

This might go on for years to come.
