I took 3 days to do mine. Someone experienced with diff's. probably could easily do it in one day, I'm sure I could have done it in a day and a half. First day all I did was drain the diff., jack up the truck and take the tires off, and the subsequent two days I only worked 4-6 hours each day on it.
