For the TRD Exhaust - "New gaskets are available through your Toyota dealer under part number 90917-06072"
For the TRD Tensioner - "Dynamic Tension for 3.4L Supercharged Vehicles part number 00602-17620-090"

As far as the mileage, 75k may be a little early. I just changed mine and it had 195K on it (OK...I may have waited a little too long <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />)
